To meet our goals for working successfully with clients, we've made it a priority to hire skilled engineers who are comfortable operating and communicating as part of a team dedicated to achieving client objectives.

It's one thing to know how to achieve something technically. It's another to understand how to get groups with entrenched differences to lower their borders for the common good. And still another to understand how to maintain effective communications throughout a project.

The most valuable asset at FeneTech is our excellent staff. Each of our employees has developed application experience in the fenestration industry. We spend considerable time hiring, developing, and retaining personnel. The FeneTech employee attrition rate has been extremely low since our founding, allowing our clients to benefit from a consistent high quality organization. Over 85% of our staff are degreed engineers, validating our focus on information and system integration.
