FeneVision Capacity Planning

The FeneVision Capacity Planning software is a plug in module to the FeneVision Production Control software. The Capacity Planning Module allows you to set up as many work cells for your facility as needed. The available capacity of each work cell is configured via default and exception calendars. Each work cell can utilize a different unit of measure: man hours, machine cycles, pieces, square foot, etc. The unit of measure required for each work cell can be defined for each orderable product and option thus providing a true capacity measurement for production.

As production is scheduled the effect on shop floor capacity is readily available for viewing allowing an opportunity for shop floor load leveling or the scheduling of overtime to meet customer commitments if necessary.
