FeneVision Service Module

The FeneVision Service Module provides a web based tool for the management of your service department. Highlights of this module include the following:

• Integrated with the FeneVision Production Control Software allowing one database to be searched for customer order information.
• Create and manage service orders using either historical bill of materials or adjusted sizing.
• Captures service required as well as reason for service.

• An integrated Crystal Report Viewer allows custom reports to be easily integrated into the application.
