The most valuable asset at FeneTech is our
excellent staff. Each of our employees has developed application
experience in the fenestration industry. We spend considerable
time hiring, developing, and retaining personnel. The FeneTech
employee attrition rate has been extremely low since our
founding, allowing our clients to benefit from a consistent high
quality organization. Over 85% of our staff are degreed
engineers, validating our focus on information and system
integration.
